An otherwise quality people-watching session left a bitter taste in my mouth when I ordered my coffee "for here" and got it in a throw-away take-out cup, just without the lid! I guess the "green" in the name only goes so far... and their website even says it's staffed by environmentalists! (Although the LCD menu alone makes you question that claim...).
Otherwise, I actually kinda like the chaotic helter-skelter layout and unorthodox decor, and the retail side can be a fun (but potentially pricey) distraction. The lack of WiFi makes for good eavesdropping (with lots of newspapers to provide cover!). As for the coffee itself, I thought it was surprisingly lacklustre for a place that seems to be screaming "coffee snob".
