set up an appointment 5-6 weeks in advance. the week of, call to confirm and nothing. also, the guy i spoke with said they were remodeling for the new location on thomas and should be there by the time my appointment date came around, come to find out, they are still under contract at the current location. nothing about remodeling or even a time frame was just told to me. obviously if they cant schedule (strike 1) and don't know the details about a very important and brought up issue (location) ... (strike 2)... its not going to be my mouth that your going to work on and be a strike 3. remember.. your staff is the face of the whole operation. very frustrating. will go somewhere else.
