  • I called this store to check on switching to T-Mobile and purchasing a new phone. I received the worst, most uncaring service I have ever encountered from any phone company! I then called the toll free number (800 TMOBILE) and received wonderful service, signed up for 2 lines, internet and bought a new phone. Don't waste your time going to or calling the Buckeye location, just call the main toll free number! I even was offered discounts on my new service and was treated very well by the customer service representative at the main toll free number... opposite of my experience in Buckeye!
