rev:text	I actually used to have a great experience with Steibnberg, then GINGER came along. I was in the waiting room and no one came for 10 minutes for a mammogram. By the way 2 men were in the waiting room as well which is new. So since no one came around I found a clipboard, and filled it out and waited more. No one. So then I changed into my gown, myself. No big deal right? So then I ask the front desk to make sure they know I am back there, all of a sudden Ginger came out " You were not patient!!! I came out! You weren't there!!!" I explained to her I was out there, " She said NO you were not, so I just went to the next lady and skipped you!!!" She was belligerent and yelled at me like a banshee. I then told her I was out here the whole time and that no one came out so I dressed myself. " Well! " She excalimeed "You did not even dress yourself right!!!" I told her I did, she grunted and led me into the back room, and asked me the same questions several times, fiddled with the machines for a while and then when she was done with me she went into the other room and told her colleague " INSANE" I was appalled!" This is how Ginger deals with people with cancer appearantly. She should be dismissed, I have escalated this incident to supervisor Robin, I haven't gotten a call back yet. 5/9/2016 UPDATE: I got a call back from Robin and she was very pleasant to speak with. She listened to my concern and said she is working on the situation. I am very happy that someone listened to me, and appreciate Robin's time with me today. I also had to go back in and they were very kind and caring and got my exams completed very quickly, thank you. Halima was so sweet and friendly.
