I had 4 work shirts that my company gave me and they fit awful. So I looked up the closest dry cleaners to get them tailored. Nobody here smiles or gives you any confident feeling for choosing them to do business with. I told them exactly what I wasn't happy with and exactly what I wanted. I decided to only give one shirt first to make sure I like the way it's done (thank god I only did one). I picked it up and went to work. It looked exactly the same on the fit. Super baggy. And the sleeves that needed to be shortened looked so obvious that they "tried" to fix. The material was super bunchy and then twisted and sewed. I go back in explaining my frustrations and they both gang up and say they did nothing wrong and it looks good like it is. How are you going to argue with your customer that it is what they want? I think we are confused on the business/consumer roles. I wouldn't even come back here for dry cleaning at a robbing $10 a shirt. Refused to refund money or even offer to make it look any better. Thank you European cleaners for wasting my time, money, and patience.
