  • I purchased a sectional last year and the seams are coming out and there is a rip in the cushion. (We are very gentle on our furniture.) We purchased the protection plan and of course nothing is covered. Even though the plan says ( any puncture, cut, tear, or rip ). They said because there is not stuffing showing they will not cover it. The protection plan is a rip off. I should have followed my gut and not bought from this store. Most of the stuff is cheap.
