Take a trip to the Henderson dealership (Chapman) and save yourself some time by avoiding this place. They claim to have the "lowest and non-negotiable" prices and they are mistaken.
I went in to potentially lease a new Jeep. The sales rep voiced her opinion that the leases aren't the best option for those vehicles and I understood. She never really explained why, just said she doesn't recommend it. Regardless, I asked her to run the numbers for the lease options so that I can have an idea of where they start. She takes me in and sits me down, waited for about 25 minutes and she puts a piece of paper down in front of me and says "Circle which payment you want and sign." THESE WERE FINANCING OPTIONS. I told her I specifically said I wanted leasing options and her response was "I told you leases were not a good option and that's not my department."
I left this dealership and went straight to Chapman in Henderson. They agreed that leasing wasn't the best option, but they took the time to explain why and ran me numbers anyway alongside MUCH cheaper financing options. Bottom line is, I ended up financing the Jeep anyway. All it took was a little customer service and some explanation, rather than just ignoring my requests and throwing numbers in my face. I'm glad I never gave this dealership a dime.
