| - Any LV fan would absolutely adore this store if not for the inventory they carry then for the service. LV is known as a premium, luxury brand, and when you walk in through its doors, you'd expect as much. This particular location is a two-level store (largest store in the U.S.) located at Crystals next to Tom Ford and Prada with Miu Miu, D&G, and Dior within close proximity.
I was looking for a new wallet, and I had walked into the LV at Bellagio first because I'm most familiar with the hotel being that I've stayed there multiple times and made purchases at their stores (i.e. Chanel) before. BIG MISTAKE! Apparently top-notch service is not something that's standard at some LV locations. I was looked over and within minutes, I walked out fuming.
The next day, I decided to give LV another chance and walked into this one. I was blown away by the sheer size and upon entering, I was greeted by Teresa's smiling face. She was very knowledgable about their products, and she maintained her friendly demeanor all throughout my visit. Don't get me wrong though -- she did not compliment me, she did not kiss ass, and she did nothing of the sort to have tried to sell me everything in the store. She simply made several suggestions with what information I had given her, and in the end, I walked away with what I wanted. Oh, and it's definitely worth mentioning that every SA I walked by greeted me; and when Teresa went to fetch something for me, another SA quickly came to my assistance. Now that's service. I hope the LV at Bellagio learns something from the LV at Crystals.
