  • We came here this past weekend for a family reunion. We received a pretty good deal on rental car and hotel room ... and I found out why when we arrived. The nifty pool with a drifting river has been closed until Feb 16th. While initially I was disappointed with that, the hotel and its staff have completely made up for it. We've gone to the adult pool, to all of the restaurants, and I've even had a pedicure. A long walk around the property is fun; there are a tonne of lovely places to sit and enjoy the view. I'll post more later once I recover from the meal I just ate at Deseo.
