I came here for UYE and the turn out of Yelpers was quite amazing. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon do and thought Muay Thai would be a great thing to add to the list. This place is literally 3 minutes away from my house which is quite convenient. The instructor/owner Kru Nick is passionate and knowledgeable and knows how to motivate anyone and everyone. I like how he is a younger guy so you know this business has potential to grow to bigger and better things. The greatest part is his wife is also a owner/doctor and has a joined chiropractic clinic to the gym, to help you understand your body movement and to get help right away when you need it. I think that's a fantastic infusion, something different from the normal gym and clinic. Now because I am familiar with martial arts, I am aware of the body conditioning warm up before every class, it's absolutely an amazing feeling. I loved every minute of it and it transitioned right into blocking, kicking, kneeing and elbowing the correct way in order to the get the most impact. I like how Muay Thai is for everyone and anyone can do it. I like that it's a very positive environment and I am considering to come back with my friends to learn a little more about Muay Thai!
