I stayed here for one night. I wish I could give more stars, but it really was...just okay.
Pros:
The price. It was very reasonable. Only $55 per night, in a safe area.
The location: Very close to ASU.
The rooms: I really liked the modern design and the cleanliness. It felt more like you were staying at someone's house than a hotel.
The maintenance workers: The ladies who cleaned the hotel were so nice, friendly and helpful and got me everything I needed. :)
Cons:
Check-in: Their check-in counter is part of the bar, and it looks very unprofessional. When I checked out, I swear the guy had a hangover. The music was pounding and I just didn't like the atmosphere.
The layout: It took so long for me to find my room. That building is like a maze.
Dirtiness: the carpets in the hallways were filthy, the "ironing room" was disgusting and not well kept at all. It smelled like rotting food, and the fridge had food in it from God knows when.
So it was good for the price, but I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Arizona.
