rev:text	This is the worst airlines I've ever traveled with. Going to Toronto they were 2 hours late leaving la guardia airport. The pilots did however get there faster than expected. When we were leaving ny they overbooked and asked for 6 people to volunteer to get on the next flight. They would compensate that person. No one volunteered so they said the would choose who will be removed from the flight. ( is this even legal?) either way eventually they had enough volunteers. Coming back to Ny two days later we had a 2:25 pm flight. We got to the airport around 12:20pm as they said to be 2 hours early . We waited in line for well over an hour just to check In. Then after checking in we had to wait another hour in the security line. Then after that another 20-30 minutes in the is customs line. We made it to the gate just as it was closing. We end up getting our seats and the same issue occurred. They over booked and needed 5 people to get off the flight. So the flight left late again! During the flight they started giving drinks out late and we were in the back of the plane. My 3 year old kept saying he was thirsty and as they got a few rows ahead of us they just decided to stop serving. So I asked the male steward for some drinks and he said he'll be right back. So he did come back and then he asked what we wanted. I told him just 3 cokes. So it would be easier. To this day I'm still waiting for the coke. He just straight ignored us. Overall I prefer to sit in my car and drive to Canada than pay my money to suffer with these money hungry airlines.
