  • It was 6am and we had been in and out of airports. All we wanted was some breakfast while we sat around for 3 hours waiting for our connecting flight. Bagels sounded great, so we thought. The staff worked fast but at the cost of good customer service. The female that took my bf's order barely even looked up at him and then totally ignored me. I was inquiring about that jalapeño pizza looking bagel and asked if I could have it toasted. She said, "no". After that I didn't exist. I wanted a sandwich instead but she had already moved on. The cashier started to ring us up but I never placed my order! I ended up having to get that jalapeño bagel because she handed it to me and walked away. Our bagels both ended up being giant bricks in our stomach. It was greasy and just poorly made. Save yourself a stomach ache and eat somewhere else.
