  • Horrible customer service. The employees in here are not knowledgeable at all. My FiancĂ© went in with proper EMT and law enforcement credentials to buy a specific gun and in every other gun store he qualifies for a blue label discount. The employee said state law prohibits my fiancĂ©'s specific department would qualify for it and they would be breaking the law. Hey Glock...the state of AZ doesn't regulate how guns can or cannot be discounted. You lost a sale from me as well as a lot of my city's police department business. Scottsdale Gun Club was happy to honor the discount though and steal your business and future business. Educate yourselves. To shoppers....don't buy your guns here. The people who work here have no business selling or shooting guns. EDIT: After writing a negative review on this store the owner "Dylan" decided to reach out to me and call my review ludicrous. He then decided to tell me about my visit which wasn't even my visit. He clearly got us confused for someone else who had an equally frustrating experience. Instead of asking for more info he resulted to accusations. Not smart! DO NOT BUY YOUR GUNS HERE! I highly recommended Scottsdale Gun Club on Yelp.
