  • They never could get rid of the bugs. You would get big black roaches in the sinks. Even worse was when the bugs walked on your face while you were sleeping. At least they dispersed the rats by trimming the landscape back. For the entire 4th of July three day weekend they shut down the pool for "repairs". Thanks. They had notice of painting exteriors then took more than six months to complete the work. They hold UPS packages but sometimes get so mixed up they tell you the package is not there when it shows delivered to office on tracking. Office people are extremely lazy. They raised the rent by 400 dollars and offered interior upgrades to be done but were really vague about when. On our previous renewal it took six months to install a new light fixture. My wife had some jewelry on the bathroom counter when they replaced the fixture. All of it was missing the same week. Stolen! Office did not care. Dishwasher was worst ever. Black water came out of faucet in bathtub intermittently, yuck. They had to turn off the water supply to the entire complex on three different occasions in one year in order to do repairs. On the plus side the location directly across the street from Downtown Summerlin Mall was nice. The Willows is a good neighborhood. The pool was very nice, although it was constantly full of debris from all the trees around it. The tennis court was always available, I only saw it used once in two years of living there. The townhouses have decent floorplans but would not be called "luxury". They were in the process of installing granite countertops, wooden blinds, new fixtures, etc. in an attempt to modernize and upgrade the units. Eventually they may get it right. We did not want to be in the middle of the construction process. Be warned. Before you sign any paperwork I would demand to inspect the actual unit they are going to place you into. We finally got sick of the bugs everywhere and left.
