  • This was my first time using this car rental company and unfortunately the checkin staff ruined it for me. The women who checked me had a confrontational attitude ( from asking for something as simple as an additional telephone number to trying to sell the additional insurance). It as busy so I can see how it may be stressful however doesn't warrant her attitude or getting loud. With that said I still give them 3 stars because the cars are nice/clean and all other staff made everything extremely easy. Returning the car took no time and the guy even showed me my final receipt instantly.
