  • 5 out of 5... seriously, it should be 8 out of 5 stars! This place is by far the best place that I have ever worked out at. I have been a member of LVAC for over 14 years. Not once was I motivated in the gym, I do see some results - after many many many months at two and a half hours a day six times a week. Do people want to help you at a big gym - not really( at least not for a guy). F45 is the type of gym I have been looking for. Muscle confusion is what burns calories and tones muscles. I have thought about Cross Fit, and after watching what they do with weights, I do not feel like heading into the ER for spinal injuries. F45 has the best set up for circuit workouts that will melt the calories off like hot butter. After eating right (three meals of chicken and veggies with two snacks and lots of water) I was able to see results in the first four days in a row by attending F45. Muscle confusion to the max with F45 gave me definitions in my stomach area, legs are getting stronger than before, chest and arms are toning as well as my face! And the face is the hardest part to tone! In this studio, I am motivated to workout by the coaches and other team mates. All the coaches are kinetically well trained to give the maximum results for your body. Everyone workout as a group, but you are individually on your own to push past your limits and boundaries. "High fives" are thrown throughout the room even between sets! This place is extremely addicting and your body will thrive for more! I challenge anyone to do an F45 workout and tell me that this is by far a better workout than what they have ever done before.
