  • Enrolled my kid for EXPRESS SWIMMING PROGRAM. I paid for the classes 3 weeks prior to the start date. When we arrived there the first day, staff did not know YET who the instructor would be. Following day I went the time staff told me to come (with their business card stating the time, date and instructor name)....and NO teacher was available. I was told to wait one hour to get an instructor. After class was over I was told the "official roaster" of teachers (2 to the exact)....by the 5th day I got a phone call that the one instructor was changed. So we went to the new instructor on the 6th day...and poor young instructor had NO IDEA how or what to do for such program. So I requested a more experienced instructor and they put us with one that was more concerned about signing to the songs playing at the facility rather than teaching. When we had 2 more classes to go my kid got sick and per doctor's order could not attend the lessons. So I had the courtesy to call and inform...left voicemail. Staff calls back just to drill on me that due to kind of program I could not have make up sessions and the absence will void the warranty. I understand the rules of the program and I am well aware of what I signed, but staff should at least have the decency to ask for sick kid and wish kid quick recovery....JUST SOME " HUMAN KINDNESS". I will NOT return to this school and highly suggest that people reconsider signing any contract with said school. We went through 6 instructors and only one had the ability/skills to teach successfully. Another 2 from the group of 6 were OK, but not demanding enough.
