| - These guys are rude, and nothing but a bunch of crooks. They're all smiles and service until you sign a contract, then they snub you and refuse to acknowledge you when there's a problem. They signed me up for training sessions and the guy spent a total of 20 minutes with me, then nothing since. He blew me off twice in a row without any notice and deleted my sessions from the computer so he could leave early on a Friday. I showed up early, only to be told "he just left for the day". When I spoke with the manager, Thomas, I was told Shad (the rude guy who blew me off) would be fired and that I was being given a free session for my troubles. Shad is still there, and his name is still on the filing cabinet to prove it.
This was a month into the contract and I was already being charged for 4 sessions having only received .3 hours of evaluation and nothing else. They led me on to keep my contract active beyond the cancellation date, and then when I was hurt and came with a doctor's letter to cancel the contract they still charged my card a month later. Thomas, the manager, refuses to reply to messages and requests for him to call me to resolve the matter. Now I'm $270 into this cluster, for only 20 minutes of ONE workout session and nothing but rude, dismissive behavior by their staff.
Don 't get conned like I did. AVOID THIS TRAP AND GO ELSEWHERE
This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy bunch of jerks I've ever dealt with. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Licencing and the Attorney General's office about their crooked business tactics.
