  • Jim the maintenance man is very helpful and non intrusive. He even helped us hang out tv on the wall with the cords hidden. The girls at the main office are also very friendly and great at what they do. Chelly and Ashley I believe. The facilities are wonderful , nice gym, clubhouse with Starbucks machine and pool tables, year-round heated hot tub , grills, fire pit, dog parks. I love the location! Convenient access to Stephanie St. which has everything you would ever need.... even a raising canes now (tears of happiness). Arroyo Grande Park is an awesome spot too.
