rev:text	I have mixed emotions about this store... I have brought my broken phone to them twice, and both times I was required to pay a $35 fee for a replacement. While this is much cheaper than buying a new phone, I shouldn't have to pay anything as the phone model itself is broken (Google "treo access sod"). Anyway, they have technicians in house and the wait is pretty short, not to mention you have an outdoor mall to shop at while you wait.
