Could someone explain to me how I put 6 grand down and paid $400 a month for almost exactly a year on my Lexus es350 and we had a baby so needed something a little bigger went to trade in and they said we are 3k upside down. Either the product doesn't hold value or they charge too much here. Or they see what you owe and try to cheat you out of every cent of equity you have. We usually trade cars in every year year and a half. We did a few cars at Volvo and the dealership was rather fair but lost love for their product unfortunately so we have not been there in a while. We did 2 cars at infinity and was pleased but I totaled our g37 rather easily so we had cash aside for a down payment. Hearing a good friend had a brother that worked at Lexus we decided to give them a try. Huge mistake. Now they have us stuck in this little es350 for about another year before I would feel comfortable taking a loss like this. No big deal had we not decided to have another baby. I would just lick my wounds and quietly never come here again. But seeing how hard we got came over on and the trade in offer they gave us... Never again here. I could have got this car for about 3k less at the time from another dealership but they assured us they would always give us top trade for our car if we purchased and services the car with them. We did both and this is the result. they offered us 6 grand less then carmax. Do your homework and don't trust a word of their buyback trade in bs because it's lies. Funny thing is I can get more for my Lexus at Nissan (because deep down Lexus doesn't believe in their product?) And I could have paid less for my pre owned Lexus if I purchased it off a Ford lot ( because Lexus is slimy and will tell you they get got your car off a lease return from this sweet little old lady that would service it all the time because she enjoyed the staff s so much. so ours worth the inflated price. Lol ok. Way to establish long term customers. Guess this place has the one hitter quitter approach.
