  • If you make an appointment be prepared to wait at least an hour. They are always behind. They say 'we will be with you in a little bit.' Make sure to ask how long a little bit will be. They could at least offer free wifi. I'm glad I only have to come 3 times a year. Good luck to all who come to Horizon
