  • Every Big City has a Department Store and in Canada it's The Bay. And like every other store of this genre, the selection will depend on the neighbourhood. This "Compagnie de la Baie d'Hudson" Outpost in Downtown Calgary is one of their flagship stores, complete with the large, historical, and multi-leveled building. The practical upshot is nicer choice of stuff and in a more classy environment. I love wandering in and around when I'm in Town, and regardless of whether I need anything. The "Sales of the Season" aren't as good as my local Macy's, but the Clearance Racks do occasionally hold some hidden treasures.
