  • Everyone has been talking about Babystacks lately. I just had to go try it. Boy I was glad that I did. It is in a busy shopping center but plenty of parking. When I first walked in I could see how crowded and people waiting for seats. They told us about a 15-20 minute wait which we figured wasn't too bad. At exactly 15 minutes our table was ready so I was happy. I went with a egg white skillet, with pepper jack cheese, turkey sausage, tomatoes potatoes, avocado on the side and some buttermilk pancakes. Everything was cooked right and they kept my coffee cup filled the whole time. I definitely see my self going back. Pancakes were good though next time I will have to try their specialty ones to see all the hubub. My girlfriend and her dad liked their breakfast as well.
