  • Cool Blew has been awesome in helping to sort out our AC problems. Due to what I see as an incompetent builder install with another company, Chas Roberts, I am left having to figure out a way forward in this heatwave. Robbie is quick, courteous and professional with helping us find the solution. I will keep updated as I navigate these waters. Update: After two complete compressor failures with the builder grade AC (parts covered, labor and freon not), I chose to tear out the POS the Chas Roberts installed. I upgraded to an energy efficient system that blew the other one out of the water. Cool Blew was quick and provided excellent customer service. They have a 24 hr contact along with QA inspection on the new system. Cool Blew is my go to company for now on.
