  • I think Sapna pretty much has the little details of Lloyd's roller rink covered. A rink filled with disco lights and crazy people is pretty much guaranteed fun. You can rent roller skates or roller blades, but let's face it: roller skates are what give Lloyd's its vintage charm. There are little tables to relax with your buds after working up a sweat grooving to old time tunes (and top 40) on skates! Well, and if you can't actually groove, well that's cool too. Inching forward is not a big deal. The food is tasty and it is a pretty unique venue in Calgary. I'm pretty happy when I get a chance to do something different, and it is different AND fun.
