  • Had to return vinyl fence brackets because pieces were missing. Went and bought replacement parts and a few other things totaling right around $100. Every other time I go to Home DePot, they have given me 5% off because I have a Lowes Amex and I would get 5% off at Lowes. Have had bad experiences at Lowes, so have been going to Home Depot. They claim to honor competitor discounts, not this time. Check out girl called over another check out girl and they both said sorry. Guess I'll go back to Lowes and deal with the same low level of service but still get my 5% discount. SMH.
