  • Deductible was way too high for my surgery to take place, which I understand. As a student, I can't afford to pay that high of a price immediately, so I had to cancel. But when it came time to tell the surgery coordinator this, she turned into the rudest person I have ever talked to, not to mention that she hung up on me. I didn't even raise my voice at her, nor was I being out of line. The way I was spoken to was intolerable. And if that's the type of people that are hired there to work with clients, then I want no part in ever coming back to this office. I feel bad for Dr. Gutman and crew, since their reputation gets a beating too out of this.
