rev:text	I've came here to get my nails done on several occasions. I always go in as a walk in and for some odd reason I have gotten the same girl the past three times. Anyway, I went in last week but this time got a different nail tech. Her name is Alexis. I sat down and asked her to add acrylic to my actual nails as I had finally gotten them to grown out. She refused to do it and instead said she would just add two coats of gel base and color. I was already annoyed at that point because I was asking her to do something I knew I wanted. I also asked her to make my thumbs the same length as my actual nail had broken and were shorter then the rest. She hesitated but I didn't back down. During the process I told her that the thumbs looked too fat and need to be shaved down, she insisted they looked good and only shaved them down a bit. I was so annoyed with her. One of my thumbs has a crack in the middle and she went on and on about how odd that was and asked all these unnecessary questions about it. I was so over it. I ended up calling and letting the owner know that my nail job was bad on my thumbs and I went back 2 days later to get them fixed. Two days after getting them fixed one of my actual nails broke and that wouldn't have happened if Alexis would have just added acrylic in the first place. So now I have to grow out my nails all over again. I'm never going back with her again. I really liked Dana, she was the one who fixed my thumbs two days later so I will be going back to her.
