  • Going to give 4/5 but because how so much better than our morning experience at Agincourt Nissan it is now 5/5. We went to this 401 Dixie place after morning at Agincourt Nissan. These are the only 2 Nissans near where we live in Toronto and close to 401 which is not full of traffic most of the time. We were assigned sales person named Salman Hasan (desk in the pre-owned building). +Confirmed our appointment night before and day before and also exact models we know we are interested in (Agincourt Nissan NEVER call or emailed and we even forgot exact time our appointment was supposed to be! We had to keep track of everything and find their phone number..oh and he forgot what models we repeatedly mentioned we wanted to test drive.....) +Dress and spoken very professionally (you wouldn't believe, but the Agincourt Nissan MANAGER we met was mostly busy texting on his phone in the back when we test drove. if you are busy maybe just assign a sales person to us?). +Walked us around models we like and told us very important designs that are new (Agincourt Nissan manager never bothered and only answer if we notice something and ask what is it, when we were test driving already! These were information that could definitely have made big difference in our decisions.) Again spoke very professionally and very smooth knowledge exchange, what you actually expect from a professional dealership. +Had ready for us the 2018 and 2017 models, different configurations too. (Agincourt Nissan lease manager didn't even remember what years we want-and we booked appointment 2-3 weeks in advance; and only looked for what they have and only produced 2017 Sentra even though we said we were interested in 2018 Sentra only for that model. There's a big difference for the new Sentra this year comparing with previous years. It's okay if the configuration is different but after 2-3 weeks setting appointment we kind of expect to at least have the year model available to test drive. Also, how could you not have a 2018 model of what is now most competitive low end Nissan model??) +Coffee and Tea creamers/milk in a clean nice mini fridge and general amenity area very clean. (Agincourt Nissan have 2 creamers laid out, no refrigeration, sugar and everything all over the counters. My BF picked the 80% full box creamer I didn't drink anything because it is probably more fresh than the near empty one. His stomach was in pain afterward. Everything else he ate was freshly cooked that morning. If you go to Agincourt Nissan dont have the cream, only the coffee or hot water.) +Another employee not our sales person (he did ask if we want some coffee/water but my BF was not feeling good from our morning at Agincourt Nissan place) also offered to make me tea. And he did! (Why do I have to mention this? Agincourt Nissan manager asked us if we want coffee or tea. We told him hot tea only. He said he'll get it for us but why only 1? We told him because I only drink tea. 1 hour afterward, we looked at each other and wondered what happened to the hot drink he offered to get us...Can you believe it?) +We have a budget and currently we are leasing a Nissan for 2 years already. 401 Nissan manager came to talk to us after the sales person gave us estimates for different models and also finance option. He honestly told us that if we come back within 12 months of end of lease they could do more through special Nissan programs and get me much better deals. (Agincourt Nissan manager was just trying to sell and gave no better price options and told us if we could make decision in 24 hours to buy and then that evening! It was pretty much like buying from someone random on Kijiji.) okay i guess that turned out to be longer than I intended but maybe this will help someone one day we probably should have taken photos of the amenities area in both dealerships to show here the huge contrast..
