  • Went in here the other day to straighten out some financial business. And I wasn't dissatisfied with dealing with the desk banker, Destiny Ortiz, who helped explain the terms of my savings account and some questions I had about my dreaded credit card. She was very helpful and offered a good amount of information to get me back on track. After everything was discussed she handed me her card, said to call her with any banking related questions. So technically, I have like my own personal banker, I feel so grown and special! BUT (this is why the star is missing...), this location could really use some more teller bankers, because, every time I walk in here, God Forbid there's other customers, there is only one flippin' teller open, the most I've seen open at one time is, two...I mean, they have 4 teller desks, therefore they should have 4 people attending them. Its Chase, I would think they'd know this elementary math!
