  • Wow Apple took all the cool respectful employees and put them in the Forum Shoppes. Went in this past Thursday when I had a Genius Bar appointment for my iPad mini issue. The greeter was on the ball and very helpful and Josh our genius really was great!! I have been ignored in Topanga/Woodland Hills and Old Town Pasadena, treated like an invisible nothing. Here is where you should be- a store that truly gets customer service. And we observed others being respected too. Re: access: Take the southernmost Caesar's Palace driveway- the one with the valet under a sort of rooftop- go up escalators, left at top, pass Spago and turn left again. Not bad but avoid the walk through Forum Shops from the northern valet spot.
