  • I came to this location to return things I bought at another store my home store at sunset since I live close to this one but because I work on the strip it was 13 min away and needed to go there before it closed. I never come to the meadows mall first because it's shitty and looks like a drive by could happen and second every time I have been forced to go here the workers look like they are in hell. But back to the review of this store. I was not greeted and the brain deficient cashier girl that was there tonight with an attitude needs to be fired along with another brain deficient guy who asked if I had an exchange when I said no it's a return he said she will help you. However, I was in line first where the stupid sign says stand here and wait for the next cashier and what does the brain deficient girl so she helps two other customers. Like cmon I work in retail too and if there is someone in line first they should be helped first common sense. Once I finally get the cash wrap the bimbo asks why I'm returning I misunderstood what she said and responded that I'm returning it. She then proceeds to laugh and say no what's the reason. Seriously you bimbo I know you can put other in your computer for the reasons of return but I digress she then goes to talk on the microphone with whomever and says in what she thinks is a whisper but it says debit but I checked the card and ID blah blah like I can hear you it's a credit card put it back on the damn card like literally the computer does everything for you! Next she proceeds to say I just don't have patience blah blah into her microphone again you imbecile I can hear you! Like honestly I don't know how these kids get hired. I've worked in retail for only 4 years now I'm 21 and professionalism is something you must have. I hope her manager pays attention to the horrible staff whoever this girl was working on 3/10/16 around 8:10 maybe long hair brown skin and mean demeanor.
