The wait was not bad, but the internal communication/records, medical staff and overall cleanliness were poor. They had no way to access my records, and disregarded my assertion that I'd already been diagnosed and was seeking pain management between doctor's visits. The room had blood on the floor. The medical professional that assessed me promptly told me that what I'd been diagnosed with was not the issue and that whatever it was was NOT good. She stated this multiple times, and scared the crap out of me. They then plied me with tests, told me I might need to be hospitalized and scared me some more. In the end, the tests concluded that I had exactly what I said I had, and what I'd been diagnosed with by their own hospital. They then gave me the pain management I needed and made me a follow-up appointment with my doctor. They sent me home 7 hours later with a bill for the tests I didn't need, and with a disk with my test results that was in a format my doctor later told me was old and couldn't be read.
