I liked this place. It was fun to explore the cast iron tea kettles and interesting shapes of tea leaves (like the lotus one that opens like a flower in the water), and try the different flavored teas. But it was a bit expensive, and a little out of the way. The other locations fared little better in this regard. Too bad. Just didn't connect with the regular, local tea drinker, which they needed to attract to survive and thrive.
