  • I am never a fan of a business that doesn't let it give them money. I was a regular and if I was lucky I could get a haircut with a minimal wait. But for the times I have waited, there's no one managing the place so the stylists just stick to their routine. I've never seen any management in there ever so very poorly run. My final straw was after waiting and hour and then having one of the stylists 'appointments' show up. Umm, thought this place didn't take appointments. Will not return and that's too bad because Gina is not only talented but has a great chair side manner.
