rev:text	Hah can't believe I haven't Yelped this garbage hole yet. Well here goes..... I have never been so disappointed with a company. My husband and I signed a lease with IMT Deer Valley who sadly sold to Heritage and our lease transferred but the quality of service on the other end of the lease did not transfer when Heritage took over. Maintenance is a joke you can watch them sit in a garage all day (I know because I live by it). Nothing is cleaned or fixed- requests take forever. It seems they have begun leasing to anyone with a first and last name and there are no requirements. This means that now rowdy kids live here and leave messes everywhere. ALONG WITH writing inappropriate pictures and matching language on community sidewalk. I'd love to insert pictures but it's too graphic even for yelp. The building has spray paint marks in red which nobody has painted over. Children leave backpacks, trash, clothing, shoes, bikes (you name it I've probably found it) out all over the courtyard. The kids are loud and obnoxious and most recently (last night) scratched my roommates car with rocks and placed trash in his hood. I have spoken to management on multiple occasions where they say they cannot do anything because some of the children do not live there. They also say they're working with the parents, of the children who reside here, to get issues resolved (not true- because nothing has changed). I pay $1500 a month to live in a "nice complex" but it has become trashy and gross and frankly is worth about $900 a month. There are much better places to rent- especially at this price point. Look around, and take the advice of people who live here.
