  • Every aspect of our dining experience was simply wonderful. When I made the reservation, Jessica asked if I was celebrating a special occasion. It was my wife's birthday, so she reserved an outside table for us with spectacular views of the sunset and Camelback mountain. When we arrived at the restaurant, Jessica was there to greet us along with Chef MacMillan! Amazing that he took the time to come say hi. We were escorted to our table where Jessica had rose pedals sprinkled across our table. It was a great special touch for my wife. For dinner we both chose the appetizer, salad, entree courses. I had Oysters Rockefeller, Heirloom tomato salad, and beef short ribs. They were all outstanding, especially the short ribs. My wife has sashimi, beet salad, and pork chops. They were all fantastic as well. We are both wine lovers and really enjoyed talking with the Sommelier (Norbert Taillole). He is passionate about wine and really knows his stuff. For dessert, they brought my wife a salted caramel Panna Cotta with carmel corn on top, all served on a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate. While Elements is an expensive evening, I have to say it was one of the most memorable dinners I have ever had. The Staff was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the view is second to none. A wonderful place for that special occasion - highly recommended!
