  • CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST OF ALL! They couldn't honor my RR for $10 because the system was down. The man behind the counter looked down his nose at me as if I were an inconvenience. Didn't say thank you. Put receipt in bag and walked off. Uh! Get off your high horse! Never buying @ Rack Room again. Everyone is always so grumpy.
