  • I wish to god I could give this company zero stars. I have never had a worse experience with any company ever, nor been treated so unprofessionally. They are absolutely scam artists. They told me my things would be delivered on a specific date, then showed up four days later with no explanation. When they arrived, the driver refused to pull into the parking lot of my apartment building thereby creating what they call a 'long carry' which is of course an additional cost. When I disputed the additional cost he began unloading my things onto the street in the rain. Conveniently, when I called the Falcon Relocation phone number it went directly to voicemail. I had to keep calling and trying miscellaneous extensions before reaching a human. When I explained the situation and requested to speak to a manager, the manager was so rude and condescending that I honestly could not believe I was speaking to a manager. When I asked her to listen and not interrupt me she told me not to be a child and that I could either pay the extra money or they'd leave my stuff in the street. Also, when I did get my things into my apartment, they'd broken my lamps and packed garbage they must have taken from outside my old place - WTF? SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE ACTUAL WORST. Ughhh.
