  • Sent a tech who wasn't here for more than 3-5 minutes before he declared his work to be done but promised to return if leaking resumed. Leaking resumed 27 hours later but because it was a Friday evening and I'm a home warranty customer they refused to return. Sent a second tech. Leaking resumed a week later. Refused to return for a third attempt. Not a fan.
