  • I usually do not write reviews, let alone negative ones. I am in town for winter break from my MBA program in New York and needed to get some old suits and shirts altered. All were Nordstrom brand shirts and Hicky Freeman suits. The sales and tailoring staff at 1:00 p.m. on 01/16/2018 made the experience miserable. I know their stores alter all clothes, and to be dismissed for paying to get clothes that I purchased FROM THAT STORE altered is beyond unacceptable. My family has been shopping at Nordstroms since they entered the state. Not anymore.
