  • Listen to these reviews: DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are crooks who will rip you off, they are rude, and they are inconvenient. First of all, they are located inconveniently to Pearson: you have to take a train and then call for a shuttle. I called them and it took 35 minutes for them to drive under 1 km to pick me up: when I tried calling back to ask about it, they kept hanging up on me. Second, they book you with unlimited mileage, and then charge you by the km. At no point do they tell you this is the case: it's a bait and switch and your final bill will be more than you agreed to. The original booking contract means nothing to them and they will refuse to budge, so beware. Third, they charge a $500 security deposit, which is totally unheard of. They will ask for your credit card when you go to the desk, run it for 500, and then tell you about it afterward. Fourth, I showed up after waiting forever for the shuttle and all the people working at the desk were in shouting matches with customers who were angry at being ripped off. Swearing copiously. I don't see how it's worthwhile running a business this badly. This company is seriously shady: they may promise you a low rate, but will try to charge you as much as they possibly can and put you through stress in doing it. Stay away and go to a reputable company: I won't make this mistake again!
