  • charlotte was sooo in need of a place like this! I tried it for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. if you know ramen and the heavenly broth that comes with all the varieties then you will love this place. everything is made in house and it is delicious. tried the miso and the gyoza...both fantastic but now I want that kimchi! that's for my next visit, which is prob gonna be today.
