  • I really wish I had come to the Yelp reviews BEFORE reserving a car with them. First - they are off-the-airport and you have to train and then call them to come pick you up. All-in-all about a 30 minute process (time not appreciated after a long flight, but my fault). They then proceeded to tell me that the "unlimited miles" I reserved would cost me $.20/km because I was going across the border into New York (Niagara and Buffalo). This would have easily doubled the price quoted, so I turned down the car and left (aside: The van driver drove me straight to another rental agency - so if I could rate him, he would get 5 stars). I rented from Alamo and all was good... until 3 days after my trip ultimately ended, this company charged my credit card for a car I never received - and there were no cancellation fees identified on the reservation nor did the guy behind the counter notify me that there would be a fee. After reading several of these reviews - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
