  • I had Empire Today come out to my home a week ago and after a horrible experience the week before with the other company that's advertised on TV (the one with the singing lady) I had reservations but I went ahead with it anyway. The salesman Mike showed up right on time and within five minutes I knew this was going to be a much better experience. Mike was professional, considerate and very attentive when I told him my concerns about my two large dogs scratching the floor , he took the time to show me a number of options that would work for me. I ultimately went with a wood look tile, he advised me that because of the size of my dogs , tile would be the most durable. The price was in my budget and I was even able to finance the project with zero interest! Two days later Empire installed my floor, the installers were professional and every bit as attentive and considerate as the salesman was. My new floor looks beautiful and I could not be happier! Thank you Empire!
