  • First- I want to begin by stating that the tech was great! My issue was the cost of the repair. We had a 15 minute service call to simply replace a cartridge in a shower faucet. $362.50 was the total AFTER using the $25 coupon online! We feel this is way too much (almost $400!) and would hope that they chalk it up to a billing error and refund at least $120. The part itself is no more than $60 and it only took 15 minutes to complete the install. How in the world does the total reach nearly $400 (remember we used a coupon too)? Unless that part was made of 18k gold- we'd have to recommend you find another plumbing company. :( We had hoped this would be our "go to" company for plumbing... Manager David is supposed to call us tomorrow. I'll update review based on how that goes. Stay tuned...
