| - Most incompetent pharmacy in the world. Here to pick up a reoccuring Rx I've been have filled here for nearly a year. After ten minutes of hemming and hawing, pharmacy tech says it's at the Thomas Hayden store, which is weird because I've never been to that store. They assure me the Rx is there. I call that store, and lo and behold, my Rx isn't there, it's at Indian School and Miller. I head back in, explain their mistake, and they don't seem bothered that they just tried to send me on a wild goose chase. After more hemming and hawing, they tell me oh, it is here, and it's supposed to be filled and waiting for you, but it's not and we don't know why. Um, okay. We can't just fill it for you even though it's supposed to be ready. Oh, okay... I'm still here (45+ minutes), waiting for some sort of resolution. I'm guessing at this point it would be easier and faster to get a new prescription from my doctor and have it filled elsewhere than to continue trying to get these folks to behave in any manner even beginning to approach competence.
