  • I visited this place because of how awesome the reviews are but I have now completely regret my decision to get my upper lip waxed from this place cause now I have a HUGE burn! I came in with my bf for he was getting his eyebrows threaded and decided since I'm already there I'll just get a quick upper lip wax. I've gotten upper lip waxes before and thought that this shouldn't be an issue getting one here since the reviews are amazing. The girl took me to back to the waxing area and of course I expected it to hurt, but when she first ripped off the paper on the right side of my lip, it hurt way TOO much. The left side was okay and I left the place thinking, maybe the pain and redness will go away later. Little did I know, it never did and now I have a huge burn scar on my upper lip. It hurts so much and I have to keep applying aloe Vera gel to it. I really wanted to like this place but this experience has left me traumatized. I don't think I'll be back ever again.
